Design and Rapid Prototyping Activities

We provide a highly specialized and qualified service to design, prototype, and industrialize acetate AND METAL eyewear. The needs of our clients, depending on the project, are met through a process and standards that adapt to the specific requirements, thanks to continuous briefings, rapid prototyping, CAD drawing development, and CAM layouts.

From design to industrialization, acetate and metal eyewear.

Our prototyping and industrialization department has a complete and skilled team and is equipped with a dedicated production facility, free from production interference. Within this environment, highly experienced designers collaborate with highly qualified CAD/CAM technicians, capable of 3D printing. We also have milling machines and specific equipment for the rough area, including the CMS Monofast, a 3-axis milling machine, and an animation system. Our process allows for the development of prototypes for acetate and metal eyewear, with a production capacity of 1,000 models per year.

Finishing and assembly activities

We offer a complete assembly and finishing service through specially designed lines, with a production capacity of over 25,000 pieces per day. These lines include state-of-the-art machinery for lens cutting and a dedicated technical department for laser engraving. Additionally, we have specialized lines for assembly and finishing, with centralized data and quality, timing, and goal control. Each operator is expected to maintain excellent quality standards, and our technological systems allow us to track and monitor phases, any defects, and timing.

Our finishing activities include assembly and transformation from semi-finished to finished products through purpose-designed lines. We are equipped with 15 finishing lines, with stations equipped with digital screens for controlling acetate registration, bending, shaping, and pad printing. Furthermore, we have 15 lines for manual operations in-line, such as temple attachment, seal insertion, and lacquer coating.

Gluing of precious stones and rhinestones.

The application of rhinestones, stones, enamels, studs, pearls, leather inserts, laser patterns, engravings, and markings is managed with great professionalism by our collaborators. This delicate craftsmanship is entrusted to a dedicated team of over 50 highly qualified individuals.

Lens and mask milling

The proposed activities include all the post-rough work areas for eyewear processing:

  • 10 lines for lens and mask shaping with state-of-the-art machines featuring integrated laser engraving; capacity of over 40,000 pieces per day.
  • Sunglass lens certification laboratory.
  • 15 lines for lens shaping, to create the curvature of the frame using air heating ovens; capacity of over 35,000 pieces per day; lines for lens shaping and temple bending.

Laser marking for lenses, masks, and fronts.

We customize temples, fronts, lenses, and masks using equipment equipped with markers and cutting machines. Our facilities include advanced technologies and various power levels, suitable for both plastic and metal.

  • 6 laser marking lines (plastic/metal)
  • 2 metal cutting lines
  • Production capacity of over 40,000 pieces per day.
